It's 'Snowman'. It's from the Mother series (Earthbound, and I'm only calling it by the Japanese name because Earthbound was the only one released in the US and Snowman is in all games.)

It's over this one was actually decent all the other ones sucked. So I'll decide to give it a 6. The queen song added alot to it but I didn't like the ending picture little racist.
